Built in partnership with the professionals solving America's infrastructure challenge

The infrastructure challenge

Half of Americans live in multi-unit properties—condos, HOAs, co-ops, and rental communities. The median age of these buildings is over 40 years. Deferred maintenance and aging infrastructure have created trillions in accumulated liabilities.

Engineers and reserve specialists are on the front lines of this challenge, answering critical questions: What needs repair? How much will it cost? When should it happen? But there aren't enough of them to meet growing demand, and the tools they rely on—Word and Excel workflows or rigid legacy software—create bottlenecks in processes that should be streamlined.

Building the right solution

We built HomeRun IQ by partnering directly with engineers and reserve specialists across markets who live these workflows every day. Their expertise shaped every capability, ensuring we deliver a professional-grade platform that truly serves the professionals addressing this critical infrastructure challenge.

Our impact today

Today, our platform supports engineers evaluating properties across nearly every state, helping them perform their work with confidence and efficiency. Every improvement we make strengthens their ability to protect communities, preserve assets, and plan for the future.
